This guided relaxation will help you to move into a deeply relaxed and focused state and you will be guided through a series of confident and positive visualisations. It can be used at night when it’s time for you to go to sleep or even during the day if you are feeling overwhelmed.
After listening during the day take a deep breath in and slowly open your eyes. Take your time to get up and only do so when you are ready.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is based on the latest clinically proven neuroscience techniques and incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives.
It’s a collaborative process that combines talking therapy, an understanding of our brains, how they get us stuck sometimes, and importantly how we can get them unstuck, and deep relaxation (hypnosis).
Hypnosis is a relaxed, natural state, where the mind calms by using guided relaxation. By guiding you into a deeply relaxed and focused state, your conscious and subconscious minds are able to come together in focus. You are then able to quieten and relax your conscious mind and focus on thoughts and suggestions that might be useful.
Rather than dwelling on past problems or current conflicts, we support you to focus on the present and the desired future you want. Rewiring your brain, allowing you to let go of unhelpful patterns of behaviour and develop new healthier ones. Enabling you to feel calm, clear and empowered to make those real, positive changes in your life.

Please note that outcomes may vary for each individual and the number of sessions required depends on your individual needs. Some people will benefit from just a few sessions whilst others may need to continue for a little longer. We will discuss this at your initial consultation, and review this regularly as your therapy continues.
All initial consultations are free and last approximately 45 minutes. This gives me the opportunity to explain the process of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, find out more about you and ensure that it’s the right course of treatment for you.
